Abstract

Using secondary data, this study looks at college students' psychological well-being and investigates how it relates to their academic performance. In order to find common patterns and evidence on the ways in which students' academic performance is influenced by their emotional well-being, life satisfaction, coping mechanisms, and social support, existing empirical studies were evaluated. Higher psychological well-being is consistently linked to improved academic performance, such as higher GPA, exam scores, and general college life adjustment. According to research, students' well-being is further improved by strong social support networks and efficient coping mechanisms, both of which assist academic achievement. Overall, the research emphasizes how important it is to preserve students' psychological health in order to support their academic success, personal development, and effective transition to college life.
