AN IMPACT STUDY ON PRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJANA’s (PMKVY) IMPLICATIONS (BEFORE AND AFTER THE COVID ERA)

Abstract

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana launched on 16 July 2015 New Delhi. The PRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJANA is a government of India scheme skill development initiative that aims to standardize and recognize talents. The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) flagship scheme, which is implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (Shri Rajeev Chandrasekhar, 2022). The main aim or objective of this research is to check the impact of awareness. Is awareness having any positive impact or not. Also, evaluate the management of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. Research has a positive impact on candidates’ awareness of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, but the lack of management shown at all levels is a drawback for Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana. At the end, presented few suggestions and recommendations for implementing Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana in a better way, as per research understanding.
