Employee engagement is a critical factor in the hotel industry, influencing performance, retention, and service quality. This paper examines employee engagement in the context of Green Corporate Social Responsibility (Green CSR) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS), exploring how these factors shape engagement among hotel employees. Additionally, it proposes a theoretical model illustrating the relationships among Green CSR, POS, and employee engagement.
